Where do I locate my owner number?

  • Your owner number is the five digit number located in the bottom left corner of your check stub, or the top right hand corner of your joint owner statement.

Can I setup direct deposit of revenue checks?

I returned my direct deposit form. Why did I receive another check in the mail?

  • Please allow 60 days for us to process your direct deposit request. If you mailed your form more than 60 days ago, please contact us at:

Why have I not received a revenue check?

  • Revenue checks are mailed monthly by the last day of the second month following the month of production. Revenue checks are mailed to all owners with a balance due to them of over $100.00. If the balance on your account is not over $100.00, a revenue check may not be issued to you each month. Once a year, typically in the spring, revenue checks will be mailed to all owners with a balance due to them of over $10.00.

Can I receive my revenue checks even if the account balance is under $100.00?

  • Please submit a request in writing with the dollar amount you would like to have revenue checks mailed to you. Please submit this request to ownerrelations@fourpointenergy.com

What should I do if my check is lost or stolen?

Why did you send me an IRS Form W-9?

  • The IRS requires that we confirm your Tax ID number every year and keep the W-9 on file. Please complete the form using the name provided on your revenue check, and your Social Security number or Tax ID number.
