The Western Anadarko Basin assets formerly known and managed as FourPoint Energy have been renamed Unbridled Resources and merged into a new subsidiary of Maverick Natural Resources, effective November 24, 2020. All past and future liabilities and commitments associated with the Company will reside with Maverick. The FourPoint Energy team will be working through year-end 2020 to transition these assets. The Management Team at FourPoint will be retaining the company name of FourPoint Energy in addition to our office location in Denver, Colorado. Moving forward, our team is excited to identify and explore new opportunities as we further define our future strategy around the management and acquisition of producing assets and the exploration and development of undeveloped resources. As we formulate plans to launch our next venture we will also continue the management of LongPoint Minerals, LongPoint Minerals II, and our responsibilities relative to our Permian Basin joint venture, DoublePoint Energy.
